Dropped my car off on Tuesday 3/24/2015 - was assured they would probably have to order the part and they would call and let me know. Friday 3/27/2015 still have not heard anything. Called to check on my car and the owner tells me he just got the part 1 hour ago. I mentioned that it would have been nice to know that and I could have had my car to drive those 2 days in between. He stated that if I wanted to come pick up my car I could and he would send the part back. When I got there, the key was slapped on the counter and that was that. I will not be back.
Repair request made 3 months ago to fix a certain pulley that the dealership stated needed replacing. They repaired, but claimed it was another part and not the pulley and the bill was 3x higher than the pulley repair(replaced the belt tensioner instead). I let it ride, paid the bill, and took them at their word. Then last week the pulley that I had asked to have replaced started clearly seizing so I went back to ask them to replace the pulley.

I will not recommend this place, nor will I go back to them for any kind of service. One of the men was very rude to me, and unprofessional.
Absolutely terrible service overall. The mechanics performed thousands of dollars worth of work and "maintenance" on our vehicle including an alignment, and the brand new tires had been worn down to almost nothing in less than six months. Mechanics overlook and rush through services and do not stand by their work or warranty poor service. technicians and mechanics are unpleasant and have poor attitudes to customers as well. I do NOT recommend! Talk about mechanics trying to charge and take advantage!!! Go somewhere else!
