Dropped in today for some last minute shopping and was happy to see that they had what I was looking for in stock. Service was quick and friendly. It's currently called "Simply Chic Floral Boutique", and I don't know if or when it changed hands again since the previous negative reviews.
My family has shopped with Harwood's for over thirty years. This will be the last time. What we ordered wasn't what they made and delivered. Yes, they called and we discussed that they could not make the arrangement after 6 hours and at that time it was too late to order from someone else. Describing Harwoods's; one word UNRELIABLE! I was also rudely told that I could cancel my order if I didn't like their service. BTW, the cost of the cheap arrangement was the same as the one we ordered. I will never purchase/order from them again and would highly recommend you consider doing the same.

Although I had a problem negotiating and ordering from their Website I did order flowers in person and was very satisfied in the friendliness of the staff, the efficient service and best of all the quality of flowers and their appearance. I would recommend this business for any man that wants to show his wife that he cares about her.
So sad that Claude Harwood's good name and excellent service are attached to the business of the new owners. We did business with Harwood's from 1968 until it changed hands a few years ago.....almost 50 Years. It is not the same!
Verify price. I was told price when I called in order. A different price was on credit card. I called and they said additional fees where tax and delivery. I asked why wasn't I told that when I placed order. No answer for that. I split cost w/other people. I'm not going back and ask for more money. I'll eat it but if you use this florist VERIFY
